Italian translation

Thu Dec 27, 2012 1:17 am

I see FX released an italian version of AJE. I bought AJE from the ageod shop where there isn't the italian language, the question is: is the italian translation a FX exclusive or is there a way to translate the game in italian even if it was buyed in the ageod official shop?

Thanks in advance and sorry if this is not the right board for a question like this.

No, it's ok to ask the question. You can activate Italian in your AGEOD version by tweaking manually the General.opt file (inside the Settings folder). On section 2, change it as follows:

2. *** General interface choices ***
// language (0: English; 1: Francais; 2: Espanol; 3: Deutsche 4: Russian 5 :Italiano)
Language = 5
ThirdLanguage = 5

Hi Aw Vincent,

It's a good translation of messages, game menú, game interface (buttons, tooltips, etc.) and others things. Give it a try.

You only have to do what was explained above by PhilThib, i.e go to Settings folder (AJE/Settings), open the General.opt file and on section 2 change the text to make it like this:

2. *** General interface choices ***
// language (0: English; 1: Francais; 2: Espanol; 3: Deutsche 4: Russian 5 :Italiano)
Language = 5
ThirdLanguage = 5

It's very easy. ;)

Enjoy playing. :thumbsup:

With notepad or other text editor. Just double click on the file and it will open. :thumbsup:
