Order armies to wait before start moving - is it possible?

I don't think so, since the manual doesn't say so, and I don't remember this possibility from older AGEOD titles I've played some time ago.

But I have to ask: Is it posible to give an army the order to move, but not starting in the first day of the month? I.E., stay put until the 7th day and then move.

Unfortunately, no, you can't currently delay movement voluntarily.
