how to know witch region are part of a specific Theater of operations ?
for exemple witch region are part of Orien in Septime scenario

You can use the ''Theater Filter' near the mini map.

there isn't Theater filter, there is only great region filter and there are no name

for exemple here what's Orient?

Orient is the region of Syria and down to the Egyptian border. North is Asia minor, east Parthia and so on.

you have opened the right filter, there should be a brief on screen tip, naming it the
[I]
THEATERS OF OPERATION (also called theater) [/I


not sure if this still applies, but normally the restriction is also the grand area where troops of a faction can be build
...not paid by AGEOD.
however, prone to throw them into disarray.

Point your mouse over a region, you will see a tooltip with Area name and Theater name of the pointed region,
