Sulla's POW legion spawns in Bononia

After only a few turns I recruited a POW legion as Sulla, and it spawned in Bononia, immediately capturing the province for me. Not WAD, I guess?

I don't have the saves anymore, but I recall observing this in my play of this scenario as the Marians (unpleasantly).

The spawning in this scenario seems quite random, another POW legion spawned in Thessalonica. Unless it's tied to in which theater you got the POW's from, but I can't see Romans recruiting Pontic troops..

This issue should be fixed in next patch.

Same issue has been reported a few days ago, but I don't manage to find the post.
