Missing leader ability in manual: Admired Commander

Checking Otho abilities i see he got an "admired commander" one. Pop up info states: "+25% recovery of fatigue for all units unders his command".
I don't see the parameter fatigue nowhere in the game but i guess it could be Cohesion. Is it right ?

Also, if i check manual i don't found in appendix table this ability but i find Admired Leader and the manual states "+15% recovery choesion for all elements belonging to the unit he commands".

Is Amired Commander a kind of upgrade of Admired Leader ? So, what i see in the pop info in game is valid even if i don't see that ablity in manual ?

I have seen fatigue as a property during combat. Maybe he recovers it in between rounds?
