I just NOW bought Alea Jacta Est Complete on Steam. I see a lot of problems listed and I am worried now that the game is flawed. From what I see, and please DO correct me if I am mistaken, I need to install the 105 patch for each of the first three titles, and then the quickfix? At this point should I be good to go?

I sure hope so, I have been drooling over this game for months.....

Hi

There are no major or game-breaking bugs in AJE.

Steam version is updated to 1.05. IF you want to fix a minor issue regarding two RGD cards, you can apply the quickfix.

You DO NOT NEED to apply 1.05 patch, it's included in Steam version

My thanks Franciscus! Appreciate your response. I am a huge fan of Ageod games. I already own Civil War II. My next purchase is gong to be 30 Years War, methinks, followed by something in the Great War. You - all just keep churning them out hear? I will keep getting them.

Don't be concerned - the game is far from flawed! It's my favourite Ageod title so far.

I just hope there will be a sequel at some point in the future.

My favorite is Complete Jacta Es with 2nd punic war and War in America 2. Has the French Indian War and American Revolution. Game is beyond awesome. French Indian War is worth the price alone.
