Reinforcing from depots and region loyalty.

Does loyalty affect the rate of reinforcement from depots? Realistically, if 10% is the maximum rate of reinforcement for a region then 50% loyalty would allow 0.5 x 10% = 5% reinforcements per turn and 25% loyalty 2.5% per turn. Is this how the system works? Should there be a cap on the amount of reinforcements coming from a region depending on loyalty and the size of the region? At the moment it seems as if reinforcements are limited only by the money available to purchase them.

Reinforcements also depend on the DEPOT size, whether units are in PASSIVE (GREEN) etc.

Hope you do not mind my posting on OP's post.

Have just begun a pbem (still awaiting opponent's turn but no matter have time, only 83:w00t after some time with patched to latest 1.3c.

Noticed that keypad 2 (supply position) is not showing depots by flashing the area. I am certain that this was the case.
Am I mad or just confused?

Not sure about keypad 2 as correct. I use the icon on the bottom right for showing supply.

Thanks for reply. I normally use the relevant icon also. Don't know why I wrote the keypad No. Too much shiraz maybe
