Mithridates with Rome ?!

Thu Jun 05, 2014 2:37 pm

When I firmed the peace of Dardanos, in the Marius vs Sulla scenario, after some turns Mithridates appeared in Greece, but as a my general !
There is also an option that is exclusive of the pontic faction:

P.S. In the save below I continued the game for another 7 turns from when Mithridates appeared:

Indeed, a bug ! :bonk: And that is there since the beginning !

Do you still have the scripts of your game ?

Anyhow I think I found the reason: Pontic forces in Greece and Macedonia were not being moved to Sinope as intended. In your game what probably ocurred was that Mithridates was somewhere in Greece, was not moved and then was absorbed by the OPT faction.
That bug will be fixed for patch 1.04 official (not in the public beta yet, though)

I believe that should also prevent Mithridates options becoming available to Sulla (not tested, though)
