Fog of War OFF for a stronger AI

Ok so page 9 of the manual tells me what I thought, and I presume it is the same for all AGEOD games, but is it possible to play with Fog of War off for human only - i.e. give me an advantage?

Best I know:

Main Menu - Options - AI

Set AI Detect Bonus higher to reduce the FOW for the AI.
Always ask yourself: "Am I part of the Solution?" If you aren't, then you are part of the Problem!
