AJE: in Linux experientia

I have just tried AJE in ubuntu with unity (I curse you!) and it runs very good. No nightmares, all sweet and smooth installing and starting.
There is a problem however that the mouse gets diverted because of the left tool bar. I believe that if you configure it to autohide the skewed mouse effect shouldnt be a problem.

I havent played much though so dunno about CTDs and so

For me it works fine in Ubuntu except for the armies which are shown with a small symbol on the map instead of the leader image. I have the same problem with RUS...It's quite difficult to play

in general i am happy with the way it works. it must be mostly my fault because I have my linux desktop with all types of 3Dcrap, widgets and effects
i know how to play with compiz but i dont know much about tweaking unity (I curse you!) yet.
i may try later with linux in gnome classic.
