The mod must be installed directly in the RUS subfolder, it has to crush the existing files. You have to save the original files.

Unfortunately doesn't work for me.
Game bugs out once you select "New Game" and crashes with infinite error messages once you select a scenario) all other buttons simply don't work).
Could it be a Win10 problem?

What kind of messages do you get?
Try to start the ga,e as admin and maybe Run A Program In Windows 7 Compatibility Mode

Please, read the first post attentively. You have to delete RUS folder from the game (possibly saving it in another place). Then copy RUS folder from the mod archive to the main game folder.

The problem is that by doing so, all the files in the Settings subfolder are destroyed, in your mod there are only two files when there should be seven more files, please check it. (Проблема в том, что при этом все файлы в подпапке Setings уничтожаются, в вашем моде есть только два файла, когда должно быть еще семь файлов, пожалуйста, проверьте это).

Sorry I can't make it work ..

I wipe off the old files and paste the new one but the game crash just after the first loading.

Any ideas ?

But I don't see the cities and the armies. Also the minimap is not working well...

Supprimez les fichiers .cache des dossiers d'unités et de modèles du sous-dossier GameData, voyez si cela fonctionne.

Some Diplomatic or Political or Mobilization options don't have explanation, for example : Rise money for the soldiers", what happen when we choose it.

I habe no a list of events now, but now I'm finishing new update. And I also fix text problems in this.
Maybe will do the list of events (there are so many) soon.

There is a really big update that took a long time... And only today I managed to start the game without errors. And now I'm starting to test it. There were many errors connected with models, units and scenarios. But I think the events will have no less errors. But this is a finish line. Picaron's models look great!) new units, new conceptions. The anarchists is a very special faction now. The ability to make diplomacy. New leaders, some new events. And now the greens can become a really big problem.
