Suggestion for F7 Regional Decisions Screen

I would like to see a change to the F7 Regional Decisions screen. It would be nice if each region which has options available would have those options displayed on the map. Perhaps display tiny hands to represent each option available in a region. If no options available, then no hands. At a glance, players would be able to see what regions have options available and which options are available. Would be much faster than clicking through each region to see what options, if any, are available.
