Tehran does not provide supply to Siberian White units - even to the British forces that start there.

Yes Tehran OMB also does not receive any supply from Arshabat or any border depot built near. But Historically british troops were not very confortable getting supply from Tehran as they were uprising all over Iran. I think Tehran is only transit point of troops for some limited time.
Edit: There are very much conflicts that occur in Iran and Trans-Caucasia in 1918-19. Some related to Red supporters other anti-emperialists. That part of map is locked.

In this case can the 2 British forces coming through Tehran be merged and have more supplies? Or can they at least be capable of loading on White transports?
