Is this historical event in the game?

21st of October, 1919: Russian (Bolshevik) destroyers 'Gavriil', 'Konstantin', 'Azard' and 'Vladimir' attempt to switch sides and go over to the English side. Three are lost in a British minefield off Kronstadt in the Gulf of Finland with heavy casualties. Only 'Azard' escapes.

If the event doesn't exist, it could be just a text message, no ships have to "disappear" from the game... I just think it adds to the historical flavor...
