Fix for Russo-PolishWar scenario

This fix will be part of the first patch but there's no reason to wait :)

Unrar the files in the RUS/events directory.

This fix adress some glitches impending Polish and a lesser extent Soviet AI. Both AI may need additional tweaking, so don't waver to post about here.
