Building Cossack Cavalry
If as the Reds you choose the option to build a Cossack Cavalry Division, it seems to appear in Moscow, not Tsaritsyn. Working as designed?

Yes... and no. There is no bug, but the location displayed in the message option is wrong, and it's not satisfying to have cossacks built at Moscow...

Regarding Cossacks I think SB whites have the best cavalry divisions(didnt play with other factions yet though)
Conscript cavalry takes 60 days with the same amount of money as Ural,Turkmen,Siberian cossacks plus eastern cavalry. With 1 turn for concript to be trained its values nearly same as other regional cossacks. As good amount of other cavalry type possible to be built(I didnt play very late campaign) is it better to construct them in 45 days like other cavalry.
Also when they are trained their concript symbol doesnt disappear for unit panel.
Edit: Concript cavalry has very low ratings when untrained.
