Southern whites in Siberian OoB

I notived several South W units in the Siberian OoB : 4 armored trains, 1 artillery brigade.

Are thoses intended to be for historical matters? Game wise they are giving some considerable penalties (the 4 armored trains mean 35% command penalty, unless you move them to Vladivostok).

The penalty have nothing to do with the nationality, but because you don't have enough command points in your stack.

Most service / arty / armored units have only one model for all the whites, and it is southern white one. This was too simplified matters.

Edit : just understlld you were talking of "code model" and not "graphic model".

Bump up, with an additionnal "issue" :

WH3 mountain troops that you can recruit ("produce") are actually of WHI nationality (which mean, more WHI replacements to buy).

As the guns, you confirm that it's working as intended?
