Attrition selection in options

Hi,

In the options menu, where I can choose to set attrition levels, when I click on it, it instead changes the option on the left side (for convoys I believe), when I click on that box nothing happens at all.

I hope it is clear what I mean! Also, is there perhaps another way I can change the attrition modifiers? It seems wrong to be stuck with no attrition for stationary armies!
