Endless battle with nonexistent unit

In this save, a 90,000 strong Siberian army fights 0 Communists - like an invisible unit - and cannot defeat them.

PS, this is the first bug I have yet to encounter in my first Red campaign since the patch. It's mid-1919. Excellent work!
