Bugged leaders

I’ve mentioned it before and was told leader files were fine, but I’m still seeing bugged leaders. Here is a screenshot of Stepenov and Lenin from the DNO scenario. I’ve confirmed they have the same problem in the Grand Campaign as well.



They are never eligible to be made into Division/Corp/Army leaders, I think the game sees them as combat units, not leaders. I haven’t done a comprehensive check of all leaders in game, but these two are consistently like this in any scenario I play and should be enough to track down the problem.

If I remember well, for Lenin it is a very special model, because at the beginning he was a 4* leader with 0-0-0 stats, and during the SR revolution in Moscow he was taking the lead of the battle only to lose it very badly.

The problem being we wanted him to have leader abilities, without being a true general...

I would have to ask the dev again how we solved that...
