this CTD is just after loading an old save game, isn't it ?

15:13:13 [Error ] THost.LoadHostFile Exception caught: Impossible d'ouvrir le fichier "C:\Program Files\Revolution under Siege\RUS\Saves\3-November19180\3-November1918.hst". Le processus ne peut pas accéder au fichier car ce fichier est utilisé par un autre processus

Can you restore a previous turn ?

It looks like another process was still locking this file.
