Very interesting. The paper about the brothel is very nasty.

"All women according to this decree are exempted from private ownership and are proclaimed to be the property of the whole nation."
"This Committee in charge will put these discount funds into state banks and other concerns handing down the funds to the population."
"The Chief of the Anarchists will be in charge of the temporary measure relating to the decree."
"All refusing to recognise and support this decree will be proclaimed enemies of the people and country and will be held strictly responsible."

At first I thought that was a Tcheka forgery to have a brothel for the Party and spitting on anarchists in the same time.
But the words used ("nation" and "enemy of country") are more the way of a White forgery (petliourist words too, but they are far from these english).
Even, brothels were often seen as a corrupt capitalist thing by anarchists and soviets. So this message is a forgery for those not knowing what they tell about: A message for soldiers going to kill anarchists and soviets. A Red or White message.
Other thing: The decree does not exempt the other women from private property: Why not all women? That's another evidence for a forgery. Anarchists would have exempted all from private property.

It is very questionable. Some wording is not appropriate to be serious for a press message;
Aim is to get workforce in production. Revolution should have ended that easy-money tradition. It is Bolsheviks interest after all.
generally there should be decline in that type of job, priority is not making regulations on that.

Some desired propaganda can be achieved from evidence look-like perspectives.. Especially form the ones that were a "side" in the war. That makes it very questionable.

Not related to but, like notes thrown from the plane to peasants (in their native language) to distract them with anti-propaganda.. anything can be told with perspective(?).
