Some leader bio's in French

I have noticed that in some of the scenario's the leader bio's are in French. Is there a setting to change this or a mini mod I am missing?

Maybe the answer is this:

We where not enough translation volunteers.
Priority was to finish the main ingame texts in ENG, FR, SPA, GER and Russian.

Thanks Eriss is appears that they were never completed due to time issues. I will just look these guys up on Wikipedia.

I've just discovered the game and that's one of the reasons I'm here. Just give me some time to master the game itself and understand how it works and I'll try to come up with a small mini mod to fix that!
