New leader by decision

Hi,

When I ask for a new leader in the decision screen (2nd turn of Ice March), how doIknow wher it will appear ?

HI

After you have selected the leader in the decision screen and satisfied the requirements (EP etc) the leader will appear shortly after.
You can see his arrival in the message log on the middle-bottom of the screen. If you double click on the entry in the log it will take you to the leaders location.
Leaders do not start in the same place each game and you cannot specify a start location.
Once the leader arrives you can move him to another start location through the special abilities buttons

So impossible to know in advance ? It is difficult to know where to recruit troops while waiting for the EP to accumulate for leader

Well You could recruit troops in whatever city you want...when the leader arrives there is a button in among the special abilities (where you can also: build depot, destroy rail line) you can select to immediately relocate the leader to the location of the new troops
