System Requirements

I've seen three different sets of system requirements for RUS, so I'm confused. I want to get this for a friend of mine who has an AMD Athlon X2 Dual-Core, 2 gigs of system RAM, Windows 7, and an on-board GPU, which I believe is an ATI Radeon HD 4200. I'm wondering if he can run this. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick response. I decided to download the demo so that he can see if it runs on his machine. If it doesn't, then I'll get him your guys' Civil War game, which should run with no problems.
