Capturing equipment

Tue Dec 07, 2010 2:27 am

In Ageods American Civil War, one of the most satisfiying things was to capture enemy equipment like artillery, ships etc.

For some reason it never happened in RuS, and I had already wondered if that feature was disabled, until I destroyed Stalins column and made this nice little prize:

You were lucky having some pilots: The planes could be destroyed as few could drive them.

At least, about makhnovists, as they had no pilots and few gas, they destroyed immediatly captured planes.

Which begs the question, how can you destroy equipment? I captured some white aircraft and an armored train while defending Ekaterinburg. I'd like to be able to burn them before overwhelming white troops arrive and possibly capture them back. Any way to do that?

Depends on how you define victory.
