Is the Treaty of St. Petersburg simulated via event?

I have never played ROP beyond 1759 or 1760. Therefore I have never experienced the "miracle of the House Brandenburg" in the game. I am currently playing a late campaign and would really appreciate some help: Is the Treaty of St. Petersburg that ended the war between Prussia and Russia implemented in RoP?

I looked through the event files but couldn't find anything. On the other hand in the 1761 campaign Russia is no longer a party to the war.

Has anyone played a RoP campaign long enough to see Russia quitting the war? If yes, how does the game handle it? What happens to Russia's troops and to the cities it occupies?
