Be aggresive in 56 and early 57 - you rly should be able to take Prague.
Storm the saxons in Pirna.
Try to attack the reicharmee in bavaria before it fully forms.
Abandon the koeningsberg and use the forces from there to squash the swedish in 57.
Don't forget to make new armies (if you storm pirna promote Ferdinand of Brunswick early and move him to hannover, you'll need one more in the north too) and don't forget to create new corps as they are needed (try to have them somewhere between 20-30k strong, more only if it's a one corps army).
Build all the freibattalione you can in 57 and disitribiute them among your best brigades.
Try to spread your elite inf, grenadiers and guards so that there are no more than 2 in a brigade - that way if a brigade gets hit badly in combat you won't need as many elite replacements (and you never have enough of those).
Use your light cav with 6 movement generals to scout the enemy (combined with dragoons they can even take unfortified towns)

the new 1.03 beta AI seems pretty on top when playing under normal settings.
on easy settings i can steam roll austria/france no hassle
guess i need to play more and fine tune my tactics :)

That's the first useful advice on brigade composition I ever read. I implement it ASAP in my PBEM game !

Thank you.
