Corps commander as Brigade commander

I have a question.
The manual states:

"The Offensive Fire and Assault values of every unit in the Force are increased by 5% per point of a Corps commander’s Offensive Rating. The Offensive Fire and Assault values of every unit in a Brigade are increased by 3% per point of the Brigade commander’s Offensive Rating. These values are cumulative—units receive bonuses from both commanders if applicable."

What happens, if the corps commander and the brigade commander are identical.
For example, do units in the corps of Keith ( Offensive Rating 5), that are also units in his brigade, revieve 5*5% + 5*3% = 40% or only 5*5%=25% ?
