Hq?

What happened with the HQ graphic and unit present in NCP?

Sure Frederick and company had some staff, escort and support units in their armies.

The lack of them is supposed to be related with armies organization in XVIII century?

No, in fact the gameplay has been "simplified" and you just need a 3*** leader to create an army (provided you have not reached the maximum armies allowed to you by your side)...so no longer the need for the HQ...

In some ways, this solved the issue of HQ destroyed and un-replaced, leading to serious unbalance in the game (e.g. in NCP Spanish campaign scenario)

Oh I see, thanks.

The complicated way was to add a military option to replace it

Or in RoP to construct it ;)

Dear fellows, what is the limit creating Army HQs with the Prussian??
In one of my test games I managed to receive some new Armies beside the Elbearmee like Northern Army(Lehwaldt), Schlesienarmee(Schwerin),Prussian Army(Frederic II).The Elbearmee was lead by Keith. But as I try to form a fifth Army under William of Prussia the option was not given.
Is it perhaps possible to make the pictures in the Army outliner a little bit smaller, so that around six pictures could be shown.
THX...

The Prussian can build 4 armies in total only at the moment. The last is the "Nord Armee", around Stettin.

Are the four names determined by location or by order of built? As I've so far always seen the "Nord Armee" as no. 3 at Königsberg and the "Preussen Armee" as no. 4 in Saxony or Bohemia...

Could it be made possible to build five or six Armies with the Prussian??
I wanted to give William of Prussia an Army Command around Berlin to secure the Berlin area and the Stettin area, otherwise I must retreat the "Nordarmee" under Lehwaldt to Stettin.
And later on I want to give Henry of Prussia an additional Army Command for Saxony( I would suggest for that the name "Sachsenarmee" and for the Army Command under William the name "Centralarmee").
I hope it would be somehow possible to do so.

Yes, we can easily add those two. It's a tweak in the PRU faction file. May be while we are at it we could consider tweaking other nations as well, especially Austria (4 armies), France & Russia (2 each) and others (1 each).

Dear Philippe, thank you for that. Can you make that new Armies available via a hotfix, so that I can use it as soon as possible?

Hallo,

in my oppinion, Prussia needs at least 6 armys as follows :

1. army to protect saxony
2. army to protect shlesia
3. army for the king (which can move from theatre to theatre)
4. army in the west
5. army around stettin
6. army in eastern Prussia

Btw. great game ! :D

Try this. Make a backup of the old factions files before, just in case.... :D ;)
