Quick Fix Patch request?

I have noticed that circumvellations are not working. In an older post, apparently circumvellations can be used to increase entrenchments up to level 8. I can see how this could be very valuable in terms of strategy for both the Austrians and Prussians.

So can a "quick fix" patch be justified for circumvellations only in terms of impact on game play?
