Searching a certain area

Hello everybody!

First I gotta say: I really love PON, as I do most Ageod titles. The more complex the better and in this regard PON is probably the best I played so far.

Though I have a problem that really annoys me: Maybe I simply overlooked it, but is there any way to quickly find and jump to a certain region, when I only know its name?

The Regional Census window does not seem to provide one, and there is no regions list (not that I know of) as in Civil War 2, for example. I think this is a major design flaw, and I find it hard to believe that no such option is implemented in a game with such a vast map consisting of hundreds of regions.

Atm, if I want to find my opium plantations at Patna, I have to search it on Google Maps and then find it in the game. This can't be WAD, or can it?

Use the screen that lists provincial statistics (F8? maybe), that'll get you there. If its an ingame message clicking on the message willl usually take you to the area/province you need

The "Regional Census" screen? This does not work, not by clicking on a region's name, not by clicking anywhere else.

{Ctrl} + F will bring up the search screen and you can start typing in the name of the province you are looking for. I would have to type in gilb to find the Gilbert Islands.
