Blurry GUI ingame help?

I posted a topic in the technical aid forum awhile back, with a screenshot and nobody ended up replying so I thought I would see if anybody could help.

I would be deeply grateful because currently PON is unplayable due to this, since I can't read anything

I answered in the other thread, but I think the problem is that your Windows don't have one of the standard font and is using a replacement font.
