I just want to say that it will be much easier to navigate F9 if option "treaty in effect" would shows just treaties with current (chosen) country.

PS: It's just too much to go through it all one by one (why mouse wheel does not work here?)

I wholeheartedly agree. Cant imagine why this wasn't done or seen as a problem through game testing.
