Hi!
Lots of aspects of that neay game are obscurer to me
I was playing as Japan and after declaring war to Korea I tried to disembark on Pusan's coast... just not possible because apprently "not enough military influence" or something like that... Please explain why I just can't disembark and invade korea like that...
I built a new industry and I see that the game automatically switched off another one because " of not enough ressources available" but I can only see I have all nessecary products in stack available ... why?
Before 1854 is it possible for Japan to build a shipyard and build merchant ships to import merchansdise from elsewhere??? (and find enough ressources for that) how?
To begin a game which country do you recommend me to start with or which post on this forum... is there somewhere a nice full tutorial? I read the manual already but lot of subtle details escape to me...

The Korea issue is slightly complex in the original version and is fixed with the upcoming patch (in short, Korea does not really 'exist', it's a puppet of China, so to attack Korea, you need to declare war on China).

Japan is a closed nation at start, which prevents or hinders her to build a lot of things, hence the trouble with industries and lack of shipyards and merchants...

To start quiet, Prussia is a good bet. To see more of all the game aspects without too many issues, USA or France are best...
