If this game fulfills even only half of the expectations, it will surely be a great classic. Thanks for the dev diary, it's mouthwatering :D

I am truly intrigued about how it will be to play as USA - with the civil war - and A-H (slowly decaying empire, Prussian war, Balkan wars, WW1) :bonk:

Best regards

To better simulate Balkan Wars, middle east and south eastern european new borders in the era please add Ottoman Empire to the playable factions list or after some patches!
It will be challenging and enjoyable game for the players also about trying to survive as Ottomans. With events and historical choices it will better than any game done before.
I wont mind waiting 15 mins for turn processing :D :)

I think PoN will be a MUST.

You'll perhaps remark that there is a screenshot, the first since the start, that shows some economical stuff.

Yes, the third image is the one showing the Assets Balance... ;)

It looks impressive! It's a real step ahead for ageod, and I think you'll be rewarded because of it.

I can't see the moment when you'll show what all that assets and economic stuff means

I'm sure the Paradox forums will be up and running properly again soon. They are probably just adjusting things after the upgrade :)

If their problems remain, we'll start looking at what we can do, though.

If I make a guess: Most likely the patch-day syndrome, aka the forums choke when a major patch is released. Victoria 2 patch 1.2 was officially released yesterday.

So it's possible to play games without posting about them?

That would certainly be weird :bonk: Approx 67.4% of the enjoyment of playing games comes from posting to forums about:
a) How well I, the Danube of gaming-skills, did in a particular game
b) Moan about the game system being totally ****** up which meant I didn't do that well this time
