As a rule of thumb, you can supose that you will be able to play VGN the same way you play previous AGEOD games.
So, if you want to play ROP simulating a hotseat, right now, you can.
Just load the scenario as PRU and issue your orders, save the game, then load the same game as AUS and issue your new orders... finally, process the turn.
There you have your hotseat.
