Unified Germany against Russia

Tue Sep 16, 2014 10:21 pm

The year is 1876 and Russia has decided to attack me with an army that has 25k power wtf...on top of that how do I get my allies ( Austria) off there butts to attack? Russia's wide open for them but they are just sitting there.

well, first play with "give more time to AI" option on, it lead to better AI gameplay. And AI was always bad on managing large fronts fro atatck/counteratacks :( . AI may be pasive against rusia due to "stack of doom" of russia, but not compeltly sure.
Which version of game you play now ? and if you remeber at which version you started current game ? I thought that "stack of dooms" vere fixed in some version.

Vain Glory 1.04 started and current. I decided to take away command points so I could stack my army without penalties. Even though I was still smaller then the russian army they kept throwing themselves at my stack and losing massive amounts of men. I guess the Russian army might be large but way out classed. By the way Austria has a stack of 54k sitting at there capitol. They have the largest military in the world still at this point. I just realized using the sewage upgrades give me more pop and in turn more officers. The biggest thing thats kept me from growing larger army is not enough officers conscripted. Thats slowly changing now.
