Rail Repair

Fri Sep 05, 2014 3:52 pm

A large scale battle occurs in one of my provinces...I now have a train w/ flashing red circle indicating the rail line has been destroyed...what must I do to fix it? It wont allow me to build a new rail line and I do not see a repair function (such as in Civil War 2)....maybe it just takes time and self repairs?

Thanks.

There should be a button in the orders section to repair rail. It may appear to be "greyed out".
Remember - The beatings will continue until morale improves.

Or you can just leave it and the citizenry will repair it. It takes longer but frees up your troops if that's important at the time.

FYI: I still cannot find a "repair" button or option under the unit menu...the citizens did finally repair the RR after a few turns...thanks.

At the top of the Functions panel just to the left of the force display there are three buttons. If you click the one showing a revolver you'll find it there, basil. If the rail is intact you'll find instead a Destroy Rail button.

Thanks. That's why I could not find as it reverts to a "destroy" option if the rail is not damaged...thanks again...
