Do you have a merchant fleet off the east coast of Africa (in the MTB)? You need merchants in the MTB to have supplies moved to different areas.

Note that a Transport full of supplies offshore can provide supply over the beach to coastal provinces in which you have enough control. Useful for invasions and temporary crowding of too many forces in an area.

The loyalty-generating cards should be generating loyalty as described on the card. Loyalty also jumps when a Prot/Col card plays.

Harbors can be extended to become bigger or upgraded to a Naval Base (which can also be extended). The updated manual provides details on the differences and benefits.

I think you need to have trade ships in all MTBs of the chain up to the coast in question. For example, if it South Africa and you play GBR all the MTBs of the East Atlantic ocean. But Sir Garnet's suggestion should work too for limited supplies in invasions.

The manual (1.02) says ships can transport supply in any MTB to a region with a port from the capitol area. Somewhere else the manual talks about needed a level 3 harbor or above in the capital area in order push/pull supply. As to the loyalty thing I play Prussia primarily and I have the same thing. No matter how many immigrants I send, loyalty never changes. I have parts of Sudwest Afrika where the ethnicity of the area is twice as German as it is loyal to Prussia, and the nationality number grows while the loyalty number doesn't Since I haven't played any other nations yet far enough for it to matter, not sure if this is normal or not.

objective additions are all event based. There is a low probability every turn of having an objective added.
