New forums 'AAR' and 'Technical support' created

Dear players,

Two new forums have been created for Pride of Nations, the first is for your after action reports, the second if you have technical issues and bugs on the game.

As a reminder, the forum for PON and ROP at Paradox will soon be archived (a few extra bonus weeks for the AAR ones though), so if you have material there, you are welcome to bring it back in these forums, in particular your AAR!
