It's 1888 Jim.
Well Sir Garnet, the AI is a lot smarter than me then, I thought I was doing okay with Armies of 2,000 power.....
This is a stack of doom by any standard. I've got 0% chance of ever beating one like that.
I have had a lot of weird stuff though. A British and a French unit in Ethiopia, wherever they went they took control of the province city, but neither were at war with her. Ethiopia is now a Russian colony with a French city stuck in the middle, as well as a city controlled by an local tribal nation. The Khyber Pass in Afghanistan is still a British city.
My ships lose almost 50% cohesion on a 10 day trip and I've spent almost the entire game short of coal. (The amount available above is rare), although I've now finally built/ordered almost every possible coal mine Russia can, even the ones on difficult terrain that cost over 5,000 capital.
I've never been able to send immigrants outside of Siberia and until a few turns ago I spent a good number of years unable to play any colonial cards that involved structures such as Trade Posts, Missionaries etc.
All Siberian colonies are still colonies with just 28 years left for the game to run, and all of these provinces now have a majority Russian pop. I've never seen a colonial edict/act appear in the colonial screen either- I can see the box where they should sit though.
