How to uninstall and reinstall

I tried to uninstall PON, so I could reinstall it, and install the new patch over a fresh install, but the uninstall program did not work.

Should I try the windows add and remove program?

Any help will be appreciated, as always.

Worked perfectly. I did notice a definite increase in turn speed, and the game definitely runs smoother.

Even though I lost a three hundred and fifty turn game, placing the current patch over a fresh install was worth it.

But now I am playing Russia instead of France, which is like going from civilization to ignorant barbarism. Quite a culture shock.
