Two Questions

1. As Austria I have defensive agreements with Russia and Prussia but they are currently at war with each other. The armies of both countries are marching back and forth across Austrian territory and have even fought battles in my provinces and used my railroads for movement. This seems wrong; is it working as designed?

2. Cereal farms have vanished from my available agricultural building choices even though several provinces are still available where they could be built. Since facilities that I cannot build like rubber plantations still show up, the cereal farm disappearing icon act is wierd. Any ideas where it went or why the option to build them has gone?

1. WAD, although I believe this is being worked on to not work this way.
2. You can only build a certain number of each item. See the small number in the upper left in the build menu. As technology increases, you will get the option to build more.

Excellent. I knew there were limits to what can be built since some icons display a (-) so when the icon disappeared I thought it might be something else. Thanks.
