Rebels capture my colony

Rebels capture my colony, but i can not recover my colony with my colony army. because blocked a game scenario :bonk: It is bug? :neener:

It seems to be simply WAD as you have usually no troops stationed there because the AI rebels got it...

and if this is a special scenario then you will get no chances to regain your colony but in the GC scenario you have every time any chance to recover anything you lost in terms of colonies by warring against the rebels...
