Like many others, I am trying to use Prussia to figure out how to play this game. Austria declared war on a German minor with which they had no common border. The next thing I know, Austrian troops are moving through Prussia on my railroads to reach their enemy. Is this the way it's supposed to work?
It seems to me that the AI countries have free military access to all other countries, treaties or not.
I'm seeing S-P troops moving through France, British troops sitting in my colonies for months at a time, and Neutral Tribes sit in my colonies for years.
As for the rest, colonial territories that are not in protectorate or higher value are free to everybody. Plus tribals simply don't care about your petty colonial statuses...
Hofstadter's Law: "It always takes longer than you expect, even when you take into account Hofstadter's law."
Makes sense with the tribals, to a certain extent.
However, I have a Protectorate over Senegal and I've got British armies wandering around in there.
So this is not WAD, right?
Just double-checked.
France and GB have a mutual supply treaty but no mutual passage treaty.
So, according to how I understand the tooltips they shouldn't be able to move in.
Even if they can, I should be able to enter Sierra Leone, which is a British Colony, and I can't.
