Small need for Baltic trade fleet for Prussia?

I am not sure if I understand the mechanics correctly. As Prussia has a common border with Russia there is no need to have a trade fleet in the Baltic box - only for trading wth Scandinavia?

Could be useful for supply transfer too, but otherwise I believe you are correct...

Yes indeed, no need for Russian trade. In addition some Scandinavian trading is done via the North Sea, so this is not really an issue
