Straight from Aegod. :)

I'm on turn 1 of the Russo-Japanese War. This seems like a little enough scenario to start with.

Japanese battleships have no name? Or am I missing it? I am not an expert on this time-frame (or really any time-frame, but I have more knowledge of some than others) and was just wondering.

I couldn't wait any longer thus I bought it even at AGEOD although I ordered it at GG...*sigh* so I can gift the GG version to a friend...

And my first and very short scenario was the Boers War on the side of Transvaal which was really short. I defeated the British with my current forces by taking Mafeking - the poor and beloved Baden-Powell was killed - and Kimberley and then by circumventing advancing British forces I get a decent victory by conquering Kapstadt - a really short war*hmmpffh*

But it show me that if I did it right it would be especially with the GC a decent pleasure to play the game...

I hesitate. I'm already waiting for the good patch to play RUS, and there is always this DPI problem even it is well decreased with my tweaks (Andatiep is waiting for me since the beginning for a PBM).
However for 20€ I should support Ageod and their very interesting games and their site without drm. Even I may not have time playing PoN (I mainly plays Third Age mod on Med2TotalWar), but the game should deserve my buying.
For sure, if I at last play RUS, I'll buy PoN (even I'm somewhat hampered with colonization, but I will not play to win then).
