Multi-core support

Will Pride of Nations be multi-core processor compatible?

Partially. It needs 2 core to works best, one for the map loading procedures and one for the rest. I say partially because if we had the team, we would have liked to have an AI on its own thread.

Cool :thumbsup: I remember this being a problem for Victoria 2 when it was released it ran like garbage because it wasn't optimized for modern multi-core machines. I'm looking forward to this release :)

About AI and multi-core, I thought a bit about that and if we start prudently, there are some possibilities even within a PON patch. More about that if something is achieved...
