British intercepting through Kiel Canal

1. Yes, I just had the computer send a UK naval group to the Baltic through the Canal and intercept a mission there. I assume that should be prohibited.

2. I got Spree to the North Atlantic - but cannot move him to Germany or the North Sea on the mini-map -- is this intended?

3. Still experiencing some instances of "no combat" when a force enters an enemy occupied hex (not a cav situation).
